Declarations of Faith

First let me tell you a little about this page.

A few years back, my husband purchased a wood carved sign that says, "Great is thy Faithfulness".
I hung it proudly over a mirror in my living room.  Months had passed and I started to notice that while I would be cleaning or just doing miscellaneous stuff around the home and I would glance at it and be reaffirmed that, Great IS His faithfulness.
It really helped me if was feeling alittle in the dumps.

With that said....During a church service...I heard in my spirit..."I will bless the work of your hands".  Then the thought of my sign at home came to mind.  I then realized that my sign at home was a "Declaration of our faith" in our home.  It was making a statement in my home for all to see.
We were Declaring His faithfulness!!

From then on...I started journaling different scriptures that could be Declared.   Here are just a few that I have made."I Trust in the Lord", "I walk by Faith and not by Sight", "I am precious in His sight", "Fear Not", & "He renews my strength".    They have made great, "one of a kind" gifts.

Here is the verse that I found after God placed, Declarations of Faith signs into my spirit.
Deuteronomy 11:18
Place these words on your hearts. Get them deep inside you. Tie them on your hands and foreheads as a reminder. Teach them to your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning until you fall into bed at night. Inscribe them on the doorposts and gates of your cities so that you'll live a long time, and your children with you, on the soil that God promised to give your ancestors for as long as there is a sky over the Earth.

That is how, DECLARATIONS OF FAITH was started.  The business cards I had made simply say, DECLARE.    If you do a study on the word, Declare it is quite impressive how many times Declare is mentioned in the Bible.

At this time I have this one photo to show you.

I will be posting more once I learn how to scan the existing photos.

Thank you for visiting this page.
